HOW TO REGISTER

Team members responsible for their own payment must register separately and will be contacted for credit card information.
• You must enter FIRST and LAST name for each attendee, as this information is required for issuing their Certificate Of Achievement.
• 3 business days notice is required for cancellations . Each no show or cancellation with less than 3 business days notice will be charged the full class fee. To cancel registration prior to deadline, please complete our Cancellation Request Form.
• If you would like to be added to the waitlist for a class that is full, please complete our Waitlist Request Form.
